We have the ability to subsidize counselling costs for those who need the financial support. The Intake Department will discuss payment with you during your intake call.

You will need to pay for your session at the time of your appointment. We are currently working with our new system to be able to direct bill some insurance companies. Stay tuned. Any outstanding balances (for late cancellations or missed appointments) must be paid before you are able to book another appointment. We accept cash, e-transfer, and all major credit cards.

Please check your insurance plan regarding coverage before attending your appointment as each policy is different. We do not have access to the details of what is covered by your plan.

We do send appointment reminders but recommend you also record your next session in case there is a glitch in our system.

Please call to cancel or reschedule at least 24 business hours in advance of your appointment. Business hours are the hours we are open. Please do not call on Saturday to cancel on Monday as there is no one here to try and fill that empty appointment. If you cannot come due to childcare or transportation, we can change your appointment to virtual or a phone session if that works for you.

We are located in the Lancaster Mall - 621 Fairville Blvd. Unit 1D4 on the west side of Saint John. There is a bus that comes to the mall parking lot and there is plenty of free parking. Please drive around the back of the building to easily access our services. Our space is fully accessible.
