Family Plus is taking steps to ensure our most vulnerable victims of sexual maltreatment (children and youth 19 and under), have a safe place they can go to receive client-centered care and support from the stakeholder agencies best positioned to help. This model, which is referred to as a Child and Youth Advocacy Centre (CYAC), is proven to enhance outcomes related to the investigation, treatment, management and prosecution of child and youth sexual abuse.
Family Plus is proud to be the host agency for Kit’s Place Child and Youth Advocacy Centre.
