Anne began her career with Family Plus in 2012 working in the ASSIST program, on the FIT team, and delivering HOPE groups before becoming a therapist is 2019. Anne holds a Master of Education in Counselling from the University of New Brunswick Fredericton, and is a Licensed counselling Therapist (Candidate) with the College of Counselling Therapists of New Brunswick (CCTNB). Anne works with children in both group facilitation settings as well as offering individual therapy for children, youth, and adults who have experienced trauma, are struggling in interpersonal relationships, have low self-esteem, anxiety or depression. She practices from a trauma informed person-centered lens and utilizes various therapeutic modalities to meet a clients’ needs including; Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), CBT, Trauma-Focused CBT, Solution Focused, and/or play-based modalities.
